Comparison With an NHS Dentist

Very good experience - I have waited approximately 6 months before reviewing their service. I called the Dentist at the practice on Boxing Day in December 2023. I was extremely nervous about attending their practice due to a poor service I received at a different dentist on the Yew Tree, West Bromwich. I was asked to attend their surgery as they suspected I needed a root canal procedure. The Dentist put my mind at ease and agreed to inform me fully of the procedure. He had full faith in his ability to deliver a service with no pain to be experienced whatsoever. I did not believe him but I knew I needed the surgery. He proved me wrong and I had the best experience at a Dentist surgery ever. I experienced no pain and no discomfort at all. This was a massive relief for me. The procedure was expensive however it was what I expected due to the Christmas holidays and also having neglected my dental hygiene for years and not having seen a Dentist regularly. They had me attend approximately 5-6 times over 2-3 months in order to finish the procedure properly with a crown and fitting. The staff are friendly and very well trained. I am extremely grateful for their service and I recommend them to all friends and family. God Bless you all and good luck for the future.

Amazing dentist! I'm petrified of dentists and have had bad experiences in the past. But all members of staff here have put me at ease each time and are all so welcoming and friendly!. Definatly recommend 110%. Thank you so much

I had a tooth ache and went to my nhs dentist who messed me around so I came here as an emergency dentist and they sorted it out really amazing I’m now thinking whether to get teeth whitening or dental Veneers because I trust dr Ricky !

I had been in excruciating pain since Thursday! I had been seen by a different dental practice who told me I had a dental abscess and needed antibiotic treatment before anything could be done. However, my pain got unbearably worse over the next 3 days despite taking a concoction of painkillers. I rang around 3 other dental practices who said the same thing 'can't touch it until infection gone'. Feeling absolutely fed up and distraught, I decided to search for an emergency dental service, and Dr. Rikki came to my rescue! He was so caring, attentive to my individual needs, very professional, and had such humility it left me feeling humbled that people like him exist. My journey from my call to 'The Dentist' till today where my problem has been alleviated has been a journey worth sharing! I will certainly be recommending Dr. Rikki and his wonderful team to all my friends and family!

Went to The Dentist today after severe toothache. Was amazed with the great and prompt service, especially on a Sunday when dentists are extremely hard to get a hold of. I didn't feel a thing and was done very quickly. Worth every penny. Very clean and impressive from the outside and inside. Have booked back for a full check-up now. Thank you so much, guys!!
