Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Deposits
1. Online Booking:

By booking an appointment online, you are confirming your intention to attend the appointment at the selected time and date.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making your booking. Any incorrect information may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Please ensure you check this for accuracy and contact us if there are any discrepancies.
2. Deposit Policy:

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of treatment and will be displayed during the booking process.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency cancellations (see section 3).
The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost during your visit.
Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without forfeiting your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit.
In case of emergencies or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time rescheduling opportunity at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and evidence provided.
4. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Please contact us if you expect to be late so that we can accommodate your appointment where possible.
5. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will lose your deposit. Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings.
6. Treatment Estimates:

Any treatment costs provided during your online booking or consultation are estimates only. Final treatment costs may vary depending on the complexity of your case, and additional treatments may be required. It maybe that the consulation is purely to confirm that you are not eligible for the treatment.
7. Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, for online deposits. Full payment for treatment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Privacy and Security:

Your personal information, including booking details and payment data, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your information.
9. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
