Ricky was an amazing dentist! I was booked in for a clean and polish but my cap had came loose, on the fly he changed the appointment instantly and fitted me with a new temporary cap. 👍

This was my first time at this dental practice and I had a really good experience. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The practice is also very clean and well looked after. Overall, I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.

The dentist is a really good and professional practice. The dentist himself is very friendly, informative and made me feel at easy from the start of my treatment. The assistants were very good and made the experience overall 5 star.

I needed root canal treatment and a crown, Ricky was excellent, no pain at all during a couple of quite lengthy sessions in the chair (apart from an aching jaw keeping my mouth open so long! 🤣).

The treatment was explained clearly, carried out with great care, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I've never experienced any issues following treatment, which gives me real confidence in the quality of care they provide

I'm back to only needing six monthly checkups and I am so grateful.
Couldn't fault anything at The Dentist. Everyone was really lovely and accommodating. Was a pain free and thorough experience!
Had both lower wisdom teeth removed here great staff, very helpful actually took the time to ask questions and listen. Overall great experience (pricey but to be expected)

Honestly I've never been to a dentist that made me feel so comfortable. Friendly atmosphere and man they're soooo FUNNY!!! But most importantly, they listen patiently, they actually care about your issues and lead you in the right direction. I dont even live in the area (from london) and i travel down because they're the only dentist I trust
Fantastic dentist from start to finish and very friendly People. Had a tooth removed and didn't feel a thing. Amazing after my own dentist couldn't see me and have always hurt when removing a tooth. Highly recommended and will be using this dentist from now on.

The whole team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Exactly what you would hope for in a dentist — highly recommended!

The service they gave was nothing short of wonderful. As patients partner, I was involved in the process of a 3 tooth removal process. Dentist explained the process, the techniques, apparatus used, how the treatment was administered and all aspects of aftercare.
Both Dentist and assistant talked and encouraged wife in a calm and professional way, held her hand to calm her.
Dentist only proceeded when gum area was completely numb so extractions could proceed.
All 3 extractions proceeded in a calm and professional manner.
I can only say a big thank you to Dentist and assistant who really put myself at ease with the whole process.
Communication from their Birmingham centre was excellent, and, although I was in the Liverpool area for treatment, there were no communication glitches.
I can thoroughly recommend the homevisit way of providing dental services for the more vulnerable and mobility problems of patients.

I visited Cilinc, and it has a fantastic location with parking available. The place is very clean and equipped with advanced technology. I had an OPG scan done, and the booking process was quick. I'm a really anxious person who is also neurodiverse, and after 10 years of not seeing a dentist, I had severe buildup on my teeth, inflamed, red gums and cavities. I was embarrassed to smile. I was embarrassed to have conversations with other people because I didn't want them to notice my teeth.
The whole team have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and understanding. They all really, really listened to me and my experience. They explained each step that needed to be taken, in detail, answered all of my questions really well, and ensured I wasn't in pain or anxious.
I was also able to use my own coping mechanisms (fidget rings, worry stones, hand fidgeting), and I wasn't judged. That's how it should be, and thank you for setting an example.
It's quiet and genuinely a really nice, calm atmosphere. And because it's a calm, quiet practice, it doesn't feel like you're on a timer.I didn't feel pressured by anyone for anything regarding treatment, and have been kindly but firmly re-educated on important aspects or oral health.
They will also send you plenty of reminders and confirmations, which has been super helpful for me to manage my time and prioritise myself and my teeth.
A huge thank you to Dr. Rikki, Dr. Anna, and the rest of the team who made me feel like it was possible to get my smile back. My confidence has increased tenfold, and I would do it all again (but hopefully not).

I had to come here for a suspect gum infection. The doctor was available even if during a festive period. I am italian, but since he was very clear I didn't have any problem to understand him. He was also very friendly.

Ana the receptionist (dentist's wife) is a con artist, all sweet talk to your face. All you see is the greed in her eyes when it comes to money, she has no sympathy for anyone. Also, tried to rip me off for temporary crowns, when I questioned her about the pricing, she started to argue with me.

During the consultant the dentist and staff made me felt at ease. Went through each step and then went through treatment options. Needed to have the tooth removed. The nurse and dentist were amazing. Comforted me and also allowed to have my mum in the room with me. They went through the procedure with my and then my after care afterwards. I would definitely recommend to anywho is nervous about going to the dentist like me.

NIGHTMARE.

yesterday i booked an appointment for 23/5/25 so in one weeks time - paid £30 deposit too. i had to cancel the appointment same day as i managed to get in somewhere else for cheaper. asked for my refund today and the lady who picked up her name was ana was rude and said no we don't do refunds it says it on our website ?? which i couldn't find. they also have a 48 hour cancellation policy - i have called way in advance. absolute joke of a dental practice.
UPDATE:
the owner/husband of ana called me after i left this review and ive managed to get a refund finally. he has also asked me to delete this review as its making them look bad but the only person making him look bad and tarnishing his business is his wife. i have told them to put a refund policy on their website so this doesn't happen to someone else and no one has to deal with his rude wife ana.
once the website is updated i will delete this!

About 6 months ago i had a rear filling that was half broken, i came here and got it fixed, i also requested a scale and polish, there was two options when i went for the scale and polish, one slightly cheaper, i opted for the slightly cheaper, i was charged and when i got home realised that they had charged me £60 more than on the receipt, i called up straight away to request a refund, the lady on reception told me she was unable to do this, so refused a refund, but acknowledged that i had been over charged, she told me that she could do another scale and polish in 6 months time, then after this discussion i received several texts telling me that i owed them £20 for the more expensive scale and polish which i had opted out of, so i had to call tell them that i didn't receive this treatment and that they had also over charged me and would not refund, 6 months have passed and I've had an emergency call out for work tomorrow, so called up 24hours prior to my appointment to be questioned why i wasn't attending, to then be told that they couldn't change the appointment and that i would loose my money.
This is nothing more than an unprofessional money grabbing operation that rips people off, avoid at all costs!
I have read previous reviews to see that this is a common occurrence within this establishment.

Then dentist took me in for 10min started but another customer turned up , it was clear double booked, put me back in receptionist had to wait while the dentist finished the other person's teeth. About 45min. When spike to the dentist about it he was rude arguing and unapologetic. He was then rough in my mouth, injections and cleaning. I could not continue. So I left with so.e parts of Mt mouth unfortunately unfinished

Treatments I have had is teeth whitening and two front crowns- since having the treatment my confidence has blossomed and my smile is back on point.
I struggle with anxiety and become extremely panicked when in confined zones. The reassurance and care offered/delivered was extremely helpful and I felt safe in the care of The Dentist

The dentist (& team) were good listeners, gave good clear answers with time to think. I said at the time how reassuring they had been from the very start - the risks were explained but in perspective. My partner was quite calm and cooperative - I had been worried that she might suffer from shock but she has been fine. Phew! What a relief!

I've been going to this dentist for almost a year now initially it was just to clean my teeth and do regular check ups and I was really happy with how kind everyone was and the quality of the treatments. After a while I wanted to do teeth whitening but didn't know anything about it or the process. I had a consultation with them and they ran through the treatment, cost and everything I needed to know. After a few weeks of using the gels my teeth were considerably whiter and I was receiving compliments from my family and friends on my smile. After a while they suggested I consider veneers for two pegs on the top of my teeth, they also do a monthly instalment and after a few weeks considering it I decided to do it and was very happy with the results. It looks very natural and matches my teeth perfectly and made me a lot more confident with my smile and was getting compliments from a lot of people shortly after getting it done. Would definitely recommend coming here everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional and I've never had any complaints with any of the treatments

I called the Dentist at the practice on Boxing Day in December 2023. I was extremely nervous about attending their practice due to a poor service I received at a different dentist on the Yew Tree, West Bromwich.
I was asked to attend their surgery as they suspected I needed a root canal procedure.
The Dentist put my mind at ease and agreed to inform me fully of the procedure. He had full faith in his ability to deliver a service with no pain to be experienced whatsoever.
I did not believe him but I knew I needed the surgery.
He proved me wrong and I had the best experience at a Dentist surgery ever.
I experienced no pain and no discomfort at all. This was a massive relief for me.
The procedure was expensive however it was what I expected due to the Christmas holidays and also having neglected my dental hygiene for years and not having seen a Dentist regularly.
They had me attend approximately 5-6 times over 2-3 months in order to finish the procedure properly with a crown and fitting.
The staff are friendly and very well trained.
I am extremely grateful for their service and I recommend them to all friends and family.

I paid 70 pounds for the appointment . The dentist was very rude and said he can't do x-ray because its weekend and asked me to book another appointment for x-ray and check up. The website it says the x-ray will be done in the regular appointment. The doctor doesn't know his hippocratic oath and all he is interested is in your money.

I have no idea how this dentist has scored so high with its reviews. I've tried to book a hygienist appointment. The receptionist struggled to take my details and huffed and puffed throughout the call. She then called me back within an hour asking me why I haven't paid the deposit for an appointment!?! She then said to me that the cost of the appointment would be £67 even though it says £61 on their own website. She basically accused me of lying by saying that she's surprised it says £61 as the price went up years ago. She then accused me of being rude even though she was argumentative throughout. I've had to guide her through her own website to tell her where it says £61 and she still wouldn't honour the price and refused to book me an appointment. I've NEVER known a DENTIST refuse to see a patient. I've been informed previous patients that the dentist also adds cost on during check ups and procedures. I've never written a review before, however the lady on the phone clearly needs some lessons in manners and your website needs updating. It's not fair on customers to get to the dentist to be given higher fees to pay.

So firstly, I called and booked an appointment for an implant the lady seemed lovely booked it for 11:30am on Friday and told me I needed to send a £10 deposit to a set of bank details. I did so and I called back to tell her I did it, the money left my account instantly and I thought it was booked. The next day I received a text to say my appointment has been cancelled due to me not sending a deposit. I called straight away and the woman was convinced I hadn't sent anything she made me send her 4 different screenshots of my online banking by email, which by the way is very personal. She even claimed my transaction was on "hold" and that I was technically lying about the money leaving my account. To after this say "oh I have got it now". Magically after the transaction had left my account instantly the day I booked my appointment. She then said ok see you tomorrow. And when asked where my apology was for the inconvenience and mess up on her side she told me she doesn't owe me one. Then she told me she does not want to see me as I told her I deserve an apology. I told her to send my deposit back and she cut the line. I then called back twice, no answer. Called off my other number and she answered then was being difficult about sending my deposit back but eventually did it. Would not recommend someone this professional dealing with my mouth, another note I believe this woman is some sort of owner.
EDIT: After seeing the reply as well as being rude & unprofessional it seems to be that this manager lady also is a liar. There is multiple reviews of people stating the same thing, that you were rude & hung up the phone and refused to give deposits back. There's a special place in hell for this lady.

Not only do they put you at ease and thoroughly explain answers to my sometimes incessant questions, but I can also confidently say I have no complaints about the multiple treatments I have had over the years despite their trickiness and sometimes low odds of success. A+

Rikki is a wizard when it comes to dentistry. I do a 90 mile round trip to see him and the team. Where other dentists have failed, Rikki has always come up trumps. Highly recommended.

Considering the amount of good reviews this dental practice has received, we are really disappointed with the lack of reasonability shown by the management. We were scheduled in an appointment for the 8th September as a family including our 3 year old. Unfortunately our 3 year old contracted foot and mouth therefore we did managed to change the appointment earlier in the week with no issues.
The night before our appointment our youngest child contracted the disease. We tried to do the reasonable thing by contacting the practice the same day to re-arrange our appointment, for when the little ones were all better.
Unfortunately we were faced with a challenging manager named Anna who wasn't very understanding. She wanted to charge a cancellation fee which we were not happy with as we wanted re-arrange and not to cancel overall. After some back and forth I advised them in that case, we will be attending the appointment as me and my wife have no symptoms and it was just the children.
We turned up to the appointment today and we were refused to be seen. We were told that we would not be seen and we would not be able to get our deposit back.
1) The issue was out of our control and we were thinking of the staff members safety when calling to re-arrange
2) The customer service could really do with some improvement and common sense to be used
3) There were no T&Cs provided to state deposits are non returnable
We hope you will do the right thing and refund our deposit. Alternatively we will seek to obtain our refund via the banks. I understand you have a business to run as you mentioned on the phone, however eventualities and sickness do occur. Today you have lost a local customer for the sake of some cancellation fees.
Please use the above feedback as a positive to improve service delivery as we are aware you have only recently opened.

I needed my lower wisdom tooth out and had to wait 12 months on the NHS. It kept getting infected so I sought private treatment. I was nervous about coming as the prices seemed cheaper than other places I had looked. It was a really positive experience. I was asked if I had any questions and told about pricing. The dentist even took my tooth out the same day which was so convenient as I have limited childcare. The dentist was kind and efficient and I was emailed detailed aftercare instructions. Would highly recommend!
All I can say is. Very expensive and not very good. only can get appointments on days of their choice had 4 days in total of work for appointments and still got a very poor result. Sorry but this is my experience

Next day had a call from his wife Ana stating the appointment is cancelled due to personal emergency. This happens every time my wife has made an appointment when she was having Invisalign's. They take your deposit then try and rebook you. She was very rude to my wife and also hung up on her after asking for refund. My wife took a day off from work as she was in a lot of pain as the brace line was causing her cuts as it was broken. Customer service is very poor, no compassion for patients at this dentist. His wife needs training in customer service. An hour later we got a call oh the dentist can now see her. How? The dentist was always opens they just pick and choose who they like to see after securing deposits. Scott arms have been amazing and saw my wife straight away. Do not recommend this place. Recommend Scott arms which is 5 mins away.

I had an emergency appointment in this clinic yesterday. Had a very bad tooth ache and was so nervous to get it extracted. But Dr. Rikki was amazing and so confident about his work and he let me feel so relaxed. I didn't feel any pain during the tooth extraction and it only took 5 minutes.

I went to this dentist to have a consultation to see if they could finish off the work on my teeth which was done by an another dental clinic which went into liquidation after fitting my implants.
I found Rikki and Ana very courteous and knowledgeable about the work I needed doing. It was explained to me the positives and negatives about the different treatments on offer. I chose to have a full arch of teeth on my upper and a few teeth on the bottom. Although the implant surgery was done others , Rikki put my mind at rest and I gave them permission to go ahead.
The whole process was explained at each stage and the treatment went perfectly. I have now achieved my perfect smile and I am over the moon with the result. I thank Rikki ,Ana, and all the staff who are extremely polite and friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in having similar work.

The login was quite lengthy, especially when you are in pain, but the service was excellent.
I visited for emergency treatment and they agreed to see me very quickly. There was very little pain during the extraction and none since, which is what we all look for :-)
I've been coming to The Dentist for a number of years and have always received great service. I am currently going through the implant process and Rikki is always taking great care to ensure I am happy with the results. Both he and Ana are very caring about their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend. 😊

After visiting Veneers, Emergency Center, i can tell the whole world how proud i finally am to visit a professional dentist that actually checks everything you ask them too and also takes the time to sit down and go through the good and bad things associated with the problem you address them with. I have went to many dentists and i have struggled to find a dentist that actually does there career properly, and actually shows there experience aswell as there degree in action. I had a pain in my right side of my mouth everytime i chewed at the back but my tooth was not sensitive, i approached a dentist that is apart of NHS and when i told him the problem, he didnt seem so reassuring he understood what i was getting at, so we did the X-ray and he didnt even catch all of the tooth he missed the tooth i assumed would be the problem (wisdom tooth), for me i could not stay at that dentist, that is basics for a dentist to conduct a proffesional examination, especially if you are paying for it out of pocket. Everything changed when i went to Veneers, Emergency Centre, i explained my problem to the dentist and he immediatly had equipment that certainly is more up to date then any dentist i have seen, he has 2 forms of x ray machines that catches all of your teeth without any problmes at all. He then checked my teeth and immediatly found the problem under 5mins of seeing him, which he immediatly treated on the same day without any complications or issues. Veneers is truly a keep when it comes to your teeth and i will not be leaving any time soon. The dentist also has a varitey of treatments more then most dentists i have seen. Thank you Veneers!! I finally can stop hunting for the best because you are the best!.

I had a very good experience at the dentist. I had come to the UK as a tourist and suddenly I had immense pain in my tooth, so I contacted Dr dodhi via google, I got an immediate appointment the very next day and the root canal was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this place for any dental problems. Ms Ana was also very helpful.

When I asked for this I received an informal email stating "No. We have provided all details in text". This dentist seem more interested in taking payment than anything else.
I have already found another dentist with higher reviews and who offers a free consultation.
I suggest training the staff who contact potential customers in the correct etiquette in responding to emails I shall take my business elsewhere

When i arrived the dentist was very helpful and advised me the best course of action. Can't speak highly enough, Was in absolute agony as a result of a broken tooth, the Dentist who's name I believe was Ricky was really informative and kept my mind distracted whilst taking what felt like seconds to remove the reminder of the broken tooth, will definitely use again.

Phoned and got appointment when I could make it.went and felt relaxed nothing was too much trouble everyone very friendly. Secure Parking at rear of dentist even recieved a friendly phone call next day see how I was after treatment.
Saturday late afternoon and we had a dentist emergency!!!
Fortunately, we manage to get an appointment later in the evening with "The Dentist".
Friendly and very straight forward staff.

Called at 9am had an appointment at 10.30 found to have two bad molars and infection. The dentist explained what treatment was going to happen and was carried out with no pain or discomfort highly recommended.

Highly recommended when you are in pain and out of hours. Was in and out literally in 30 mins with my tooth removed because of a huge abscess. The dentist was nice and gental and literally no pain when the tooth was extracted. Advice was given and emailed and a follow-up call to see how I was doing a few days later.

The communication trough the entire process was excellent. The doctor and the technician explained to me everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment.

I was very impressed with the service I received at The Dentist in Walsall. I called up on a Sunday morning as I had pain and swelling. The Dentist booked me in for an appointment that same afternoon, saw me on time and offered me a treatment that I could take home the same day. I would certainly use this service again.
Emergency appointment given withing 30mins of calling. Extremely friendly and puts patients at ease. Easy sign in procedure on Ipad. Staff were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Surgery very clean. Dentist even called me the following day to check all was okay after tooth removal. Would definitely recommend. 5*

The pain had become unbearable and was consuming my whole life. They managed to give me a same day emergency appointment. From the moment I walked in I was meant to feel so comfortable. The old gentleman on reception is so lovely and professional. He did the assessment and offered me extraction same day. He was so reassuring and took me through all the facts. Even though I have spent the last week in agony recovering I'm so glad I found Dr Rikkhi. The aftercare was amazing and I kept calling and panicking but nothing was ever too much for them. After 2 year's having no confidence with my bridge and teeth in general i am currently Halfway through my treatment i have had a bridge fitted on my front teeth that is perfect 😍 i can actually smile again i had 3 root canals and am having the last stages and excited to get my crowns fitted and i am excited to see the end result i will be having all my future work done here as they are very thorough and take pride in there work, the dental hygenist is also wonderful at her job all in all so far a very pleasant and gratifying experience. Highly recommend this dental practice. I recently had a dental implant done. Was seen as an emergency on a Sunday and the implant was started on the Tuesday. Appointment times were excellent as they fitted around my work. So pleased with the end result. You are made to feel so at ease having the treatment done. One very happy patient!! 🙂

1. First it's the hygiene and lighting in reception room and treatment room, When I visited the practice the floors were clearly dusty and not cleaned in a while, it also looks like the walls can use some fresh paint. The treatment room seemed obscure, unclean and unwelcoming.
2. Appointments management: I got an appointment for 6:00 pm , but there was no one there when I arrived. I called and I was told to wait half an hour.
3. The pricing: I've got a quote of 999£ for an implant removal + replacement bone graft, I have decided to ask for a second opinion and went to another practice where for the same treatment I was charged 630£ , may I say the practice I have chosen has inarguably higher standards in terms of patients care, hygiene and staff qualifications.
4. The way practice staff responds to customer negative feedback suggests you are not learning the lessons and do not embrace continuous improvement.

What an amazing dentist!!!! I went in there in so much pain and he did everything he could to find the problem....which he did after lots of investigation and inspection. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through all the options available. I would highly recommend this dentist!!

Turned up yesterday in tears with the pain from an abscess under my tooth, was immediately reassured, he promised me I wouldn't feel any pain and I didn't ! Absolute professional and so compassionate always been afraid of dentists, but this one put me at ease, even with the added complication of blood thinners. Can not recommend him highly enough, a few minutes after arriving I was pain free. The young lady assistant is lovely too.
What a professional, friendly team who, in 48 hours extracted my broken tooth and got me an emergency temporary bridge so I didn't have to go on holiday with a missing tooth... thank you so so much

Called at 8.40pm on a Thursday evening in agony, Rikki was prepared to stay over & extract 2 teeth & stitch the gums to stop the bleeding as I'm on blood thinners.

Called in agony and desperation following days and nights of pain! Called at 7.15, got an appointment for 9.30 and was pain free and minus a nasty infected tooth by 10.30. Really friendly and reassuring, my faith in dentists has been restored!
Really great service here and very clean facilities. The dentist is very polite, explains everything he is doing and answers all questions. Last year, I was getting married and he really went above and beyond for me on my wedding week. Highly recommend.

"I started looking for a new dentist when I realised that my previous one was careless, as I got a root infection and a broken tooth shortly after visiting her. I asked around my friends for a good dentist, and they recommended The Dentist. I was told that this place charges more, but is very much worth it because they save teeth other dentists would rather pull.
The doctor did a thorough check up on my teeth and started the treatment. I've received a root canal and a tooth extraction of my broken tooth. I have decided to go ahead and get two tooth implants put in- one to replace the newly removed tooth, and the second to fill a gap from a tooth I had pulled 21 years ago.
So far I've had a bone graft and one of the implants fully carried out. I've also had a crown put in, and I'm currently due to have the second one put in soon.
I would highly recommend this dentist because they work to a high professional standard, carry out their work fast and thoroughly, with jewellery-like precision. Most importantly I feel like I have their complete attention and care, which is something I found my past dentists to be lacking, as they often seemed to be distracted.
Even if you have a poor understanding of English, they do a great job of explaining everything. I've not had any complications during my treatment, and I am very happy. The doctor and the nurse are brilliant. I would highly recommend using this practice."

He gave me the full range of options with prices, I initially felt my only option was extraction and was worried in-case the root canal did not work, however due to his excellent skills everything went great. I hardly felt any pain after the process, which was a first for me! Highly recommended, I will be visiting again to get the rest of my teeth done.

Brilliant. I had a broken tooth that i eas really nervous and scared about. The dentist were lovely from the frendly lady on front desk who reassured me to the dentist himself who even though im not a child praised me and really coached me through my extraction and explained what he was doing as he went along. Great experience.

Got my wife an emergency appointment in an hour, Rikki was wonderful, calming and explained everything before beginning treatment. He was very patient with my wife who was very stressed and he relieved her pain. Will be returning for final treatment.

Reading current reviews, yes it is more expensive than going to your local NHS Dentist but, be rest assured he does a great job and makes sure that you are looked after and that everything is done to make sure that the specific job he is doing is done correctly and most importantly to the best possible finish/standard to last.

Very nervous on my first visit but I was soon put at ease by the friendly and very understanding receptionist. I wish I had found Rikki much earlier, a very caring Dentist with lovely approach to nervous patients who took the time to ensure I was comfortable, gave me various treatment options and helped me choose the most appropriate for my needs.
Over the past year I have made several visits to have decayed teeth removed and repaired. The treatment was pain free, something I did not think was possible. Rikki has helped me to save and look after my remaining teeth. Always welcoming always professional in his work and approach. I no longer have any fears or nerves when visiting the Dentist and most grateful to everyone at this first class practice.

After neglecting my teeth and gums by avoiding going to a dentist for a number of years, I finally plucked up the courage and made an appointment with Rikki. I'd explained I was anxious in an email and was very nervous initially but Rikki is very friendly and helped put me at ease.
He referred me to their hygienist (Louise) due to having gum disease and recession and assured me she could halt the recession and get rid of the gum disease. My gums were that bad that Louise could only do one set at a time! My initial BPE scores were 3s and 4s.
I've just come back from an appointment with Rikki and felt compelled to write a review because I don't need to see him again for a year, my BPE scores were all 1s and I'm free of gum disease! Thank you Louise!
Couldn't fault the practice. I was in absolute agony and I was seen within 3 hours of calling them on a Sat afternoon. The staff were very friendly and polite and the dentist explained what treatment was needed and why , the treatment itself was painless.

I know I do need to address an issue, but while it's not bothering me to much, I'll leave well alone . All good on this occasion, quick polish and sorted. Received some advice about attending a hygienist at the cost of £50 per Session, however, I rejected the offer. Paid up and arranged a 6 month appointment. Although it's a little out the way for me, I'll continue to attend as he's got quite a calming approach.

I need a little work doing and my options were explained to me clearly along with the different costs this allowed me to make an informed decision on my course of treatment.

Having suffered pain from two teeth for over a week I finally gave in and booked an appointment at this surgery. I was seen the same day and can honestly say that I was very impressed with the service provided. The receptionist went out of her way to put me at ease before I went in for treatment.The surgery is very relaxed and immaculate. I was treated by Rikki, by far the best dentist I have ever seen, very understanding & he reassured me throughout. He made sure I was comfortable and that my mouth was completely numb before he started any treatment. I didn't think painless dentistry was possible but I can now assure you that it is. Good aftercare advice is provided too. Overall I would highly recommend this practice.
Great professional service at a time when i was at my lowest. Toothache from hell on saturday morning called around lunchtime was seen later that evening. Ricki was great and got me out of pain in no time at all. Will definitely be using the dentist again should an emergency arise !!!

If you go out of hours it is pricey, but still cheaper than most private dentists and it was totally worth every penny. Great experience.

All day Saturday I had bad toothache which got worse as the day went on. By the evening the pain was unbearable. I phoned the NHS Helpline whose only advice was to contact my local hospital on the Sunday morning. I'd been dosing my self with painkillers but by now they had no effect whatsoever. I tried sleeping but couldn't. I was crying with pain. I searched the internet and came across "The Dentist". It was 2am in the morning but I was so desperate I gave them a phone call not really sure whether I'd get through to someone or not.
After only two rings my call was answered by Rikki. He asked me a few questions then told me to come straight to the surgery. We set off straightaway and arrived there at about 3am five minutes before Rikki. He opened up the surgery and quickly set about the task in hand. He examined my tooth, took an x-ray then began the extraction. By 3.30am it was complete.
Rikki totally put me at ease. The extraction was as pain free as an extraction can be. From start to finish everything was first class. I have nothing but praise for the service provided, especially at 3am on a Bank Holiday Sunday weekend.

I was in extreme pain when I called and was told to come straight away. As a nervous patient I was very anxious when I got there but was immediately put at ease by the lovely Rikki who was very patient and took his time so reassure me and explain everything. I left smiling and pain free.

This is the dentist for you. Very helpful, friendly courteous, and efficient. This dentist was excellent. The dentist put me at ease, fully explains the procedure and is happy to answers any concerns or questions. I travelled all the way from Warwick for an appointment as I was on severe pain due to an infection. Even tough it was a Saturday morning when I called them, they gave me an appointment for the very same day and spent almost an hour taking care of my tooth.
The doctor is very knowledgeable and he was very gentle and explained very patiently all the steps taken during the process to me. The procedure was painless and he was at all times focusing on making me feel comfortable. Today, one day later, I'm writing these lines happy and with almost no pain at all.
It's a pleasure to find a doctor who cares so much about his profession and his patients. I would definitely visit The Dentist in the future and I can openly recommend it to all those reading this website.

Id been to an NHS walk in dentist years ago and they didn't give a dam, it was a horrible experience and I was expecting the same here but i was pleasantly surprised by the way the staff treated me.
The actual procedure wasn't exactly straight forward, my tooth snapped off It needed drilling out and all kinds of stuff but I didn't feel a thing. Absolutely no pain what so ever, even now the morning after i can't feel a thing. Ive even booked in to go back next week.

I had been in excruciating pain since Thursday! & coming from me, that's something as I normally have a very high pain threshold. I had been seen by a different dental practice who told me I had a dental abscess & needed to have antibiotic treatment before anything could be done. However, my pain got unbearably worse over the next 3 days despite taking a concoction of pain killers. I rang around 3 other dental practices who said the same thing "can't touch it until infection gone" I then ended up ringing 111 & ended up wandering around 2 A&E departments trying to get help & relief from my suffering. Again, to no avail!!
Feeling absolutely fed up & distraught, I decided to search for an emergency Dental service & Dr. Rikki Dhody's services came up. I was very impressed with what I saw and called immediately & got an appointment to be seen the same evening on Sunday.
Dr. Dhodhy came to my rescue! He was a saviour in disguise. I found him to be so caring, attentative my individual needs, very Professional and had such humility it left me feeling humbled that people like him exist. He treated my problem over 2 days with great kindness & was very informative throughout the procedures. The Practice itself is very modern, welcoming, calming & clean. He has modern technology and was able to pinpoint my problem extremely quickly and relieve my symptoms promptly & effectively.
My journey from my call to "The Dentist" til today where my problem has been alleviated, has been a journey worth sharing!! As I am now a happier person compared to what I was prior to encountering "The Dentist"... :)

Saw this new practice had opened and plucked up courage to make an appointment. First impressions good - tastefully furnished and friendly lady on reception. Informal chat with Rikki the dentist put me at ease straight away. Excellent job of cleaning my teeth getting rid of the plaque causing me gum problems and recommending how I could keep my teeth in good condition. Since my visit over a month ago my gum problems, bleeding and soreness have completely gone.
Decided to invest in teeth whitening. Not cheap but well worth the investment. I have had many compliments and I'm only half way through the treatment! Would highly recommend this service!
Also taken my 11 year old son here - he was very happy too!
Have recommended "The Dentist" to friends and neighbour's Support your local business and community!

Very reasonably priced also.
My only negative comment is that I wish I would have had a washout and my cavity packed because the exposed nerves gave me pain over the weekend until I could get to my dentist. After my dentist washed out my cavity (without LA) and packed it, the pain disappeared within seconds.
Well mannered people and who were responsive and polite. I would definitely go back if I needed an emergency dentist again. Thank you.

I came here and met with the lovely staff, Dr Rikki saw me and advised me to whiten my teeth to get me started on a confident smile journey. Ana with Dr Rikki did my whitening treatment. The results were amazing, words can express how happy I am. I now have a confident smile which is a miracle for me because I never thought this was possible. Whitening alone has done miracles on my teeth. Ana has been amazing, so supportive and helps you get the results you are after. I am really happy with my smile. I can't stop smiling and taking pictures showing my teeth which I never did before.

I got quite emotional as I was in a lot of discomfort on the phone, but once there, I was dealt with promptly, friendly, and very understanding. The dentist was great too—explained everything, very friendly, and it was over very quickly. Aftercare was explained well too. I would highly recommend this dentist; every member of staff I spoke to was lovely.
Decided to invest in teeth whitening. Not cheap but well worth the investment. I have had many compliments, and I'm only halfway through the treatment! I would highly recommend this service! Also taken my 11-year-old son here—he was very happy too! Have recommended 'The Dentist' to friends and neighbours.
Fantastic all around from phone call to welcoming reception to a friendly dentist. I was talked through all of my options and felt very well informed. For a necessary treatment, the whole team really made me feel at ease. Have already recommended!

Was in so much pain for a few days. Tuesday morning at 9 am, called lots of dentists explaining I was in pain, but because I wasn't registered with them, they didn't give me the time of day. Very annoyed and in pain, I came across The Dentist, called them explaining I wasn't registered, but they managed to give me an emergency appointment at 2 pm. When I arrived, the dentist was very helpful and advised me the best course of action. Today, I received a call from one of the staff who work there; she called to check up on me and to see if the situation has improved. Honestly cannot fault this place; the service was very good. Thank you 😊
They also offer a great teeth whitening service. I seriously can't stop smiling; I am so happy with my treatment and would highly recommend The Dentist to anyone and in particular to nervous patients like myself.

I am excited to see the end result. I will be having all my future work done here as they are very thorough and take pride in their work.
I had a tooth that was causing me some grief. I managed to get in touch with the practise and get in for an extraction within an hour. The dentist was very reassuring and gave solid advice. All in all I am really happy with everything and would highly recommend to people
Needed appt urgent as filling broken and tooth sensitive Rikki got me in same evening and was out of pain instantly! This practice Is The Best for calm friendly attention Rikki and Anna sincere and kind. Johanna and Mike x.
