Root Canal Treatment!

Root canal treatment, commonly referred to as “RCT”, is a dental procedure used to treat infection at the centre of the tooth (the root canals). Learn more about RCT.

This infection is typically detected on your X-rays during a routine check-up.

You will be given an anaesthetic to numb the area, ensuring the treatment is as pain-free as possible.

* Pain when eating and/or drinking hot or cold foods and beverages.

* Pain when biting or chewing.

* Swelling of the gum around the infected tooth.

* Facial swelling.

* Darkening in colour of the tooth.

These are all signs of an infected tooth in need of root canal treatment!
